Roman Showers Limited, a leading provider of bathroom ware had a team of more than 50 qualified shower fitters who worked on corporate and household projects across the UK.

Even though the number of customer complaints being received was rather low, the Director of Training wanted to help a good team of craftsmen and women do an even better job for customers, and for their company.

Growing competition in the UK and from China meant that excellent customer service needed to be positioned as a positive differentiator for potential customers as well as price.



An action-packed one-day customer service training course which allowed individual fitters to learn with and from each other.  Focusing on the human aspects of customer service including developing trust, empathy and solution-focused thinking to overcome issues, participants learned how to view the relationship from a customer perspective and separate traditional customer service from the more important, customer satisfaction.
