A focus on financial growth of this Leeds based accountancy firm had led to the managing partner deciding to invest in optimising teamwork and customer focus.

Not usually admired for ‘customer service’, accountancy firms are better known for being ‘number crunchers’, but this company wanted to enhance the experience of existing and new customers.

 

An action packed, hands-on event for 40 employees on how to focus on customer satisfaction as well as customer service.

This highly interactive and thought-provoking session resulted in enhanced self-awareness, improved influencing and persuasion capability as well as a genuine commitment to truly understand what is most important to individual customers before committing to actions and outcomes.
